60-Minute Consultation - What to expect:

Pre-Consultation Preparation: Before your session, you'll complete a pre-consultation form to help tailor the session to your specific health goals and dietary needs. You will also be sent a food and symptom diary if you. If you are managing IBS or other digestive concerns, you will also be sent a food and symptom diary to fill out in advance. This ensures that our time together is focused and productive, allowing us to dive straight into creating a personalized plan that addresses your unique challenges and supports your health journey.

 

Guided Exploration: As your dietitian, I will provide personalised insights and guidance tailored to your unique circumstances. Think of me as your guide on a journey toward better health, helping you navigate the complexities of nutrition. Together, we’ll develop a plan that encourages experimentation with new dietary approaches, always aligned with your goals and lifestyle. My role is to support and coach you, helping you discover what works best for your body, empowering you with the knowledge to make informed choices, and ensuring that your path to better health feels achievable and sustainable.

In this 40-minute review session, I’ll provide targeted guidance and support, helping you fine-tune on the way and address any specific challenges you’re facing. As your dietitian, I will act as your guide, offering personalised insights tailored to your current needs. Whether you’re looking for quick adjustments or need help overcoming a hurdle, I’ll coach you through the process, empowering you with practical advice that’s easy to implement. Together, we’ll ensure your nutrition plan stays aligned with your goals and lifestyle, keeping you on track for sustainable health improvements.

Price: £60.00 for 30 minutes​​​​
