Eating food may seem like a straightforward and instinctive activity for us as human beings. However, the reality is that food and nutrition are complex and multifaceted subjects. The way we nourish our bodies has a significant impact on our health outcomes and overall well-being. That is why I have dedicated a substantial portion of my life to expanding my knowledge and education in the fields of nutrition, dietetics, and counseling. My goal is to share this knowledge with the world and potentially make a positive difference in many people's lives. I aim to empower individuals to improve their chances of aging gracefully while minimizing the risk of debilitating conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity, and dementia.
